Salsa

Can you tell that I've been entertaining alot lately?



Salsa
makes about 1 1/2 cups

1 XS red onion, minced
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 red bird's eye chili, minced
250g cherry tomatoes, diced
1 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped
20ml/1 tbsp lime juice

Mix all together in a bowl. Season.
Refrigerate, covered, until needed.
